Refund policy

  متاح المعاينة وقت استلام الأوردر والمندوب متواجد.

وفي حالة وجود أي مشكلة أو عدم مناسبة المنتج، يمكنكِ رفض الاستلام وإرجاع الأوردر مع المندوب، مع دفع قيمة الشحن فقط.

⚠️ بعد مغادرة المندوب، لا يتوفر الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع. 

 

Inspection is available while the delivery representative is present. If there is any issue with the order, you may return it with the representative and pay the delivery fee.

⚠️Please note that exchanges or returns are not available after the delivery representative has left.
